Information we collect
We collect the information needed to operate your WritingPractice.app account, including your login email, account settings, writing sessions, prompts, reports, saved favorites, archive history, uploaded source files, and support messages you send us.
Your writing and uploads
Your writing, analysis reports, excerpts, favorites, and uploaded ePub files are stored for your private workspace. They are not public, and we do not sell your writing or uploaded source content.
Automated analysis
When you request analysis, WritingPractice.app may send your submitted writing and relevant session context to automated analysis providers so the app can generate reports, feedback, excerpts, and recommendations.
Usage and diagnostics
We may collect basic usage, device, browser, log, and error information to keep the service secure, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, and improve confusing flows. Analytics and diagnostics are not intended to include the full text of your private writing or uploaded books.
How we use information
We use information to provide the writing practice workspace, save sessions, generate reports, support copywork and exports, respond to requests, protect the service, and improve product quality.
Service providers
We may share information with service providers that help us run the app, such as hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, email, and automated analysis providers. They are used to provide the service and are not permitted to use your information for their own unrelated purposes.
Exports and deletion
You can export archive data from the app. Deleting your account removes private writing, reports, recommendations, uploaded source files, generated exports, favorites, and app preferences from the active product. Some records may remain for a limited time in backups, logs, or records we are required to keep.
